Raita Masala |
1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp bhuna jeera, 1 1/2 tsp black salt.
Method: Mix all the ingredients.

Jaljeera Masala |
2 tbsp jeera, 2 tsp amchoor, 1 tsp saunth powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tsp mint leaves (dried), 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 4 laung, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tsp black salt, 1/2 tsp sendha namak.
Method: Grind bhuna jeera. Mix all the ingredients. Use as desired.

Sambhar Masala |
10 whole red chilli, 6 tsp sabut dhania, 2 tsp sabut jeera, 2 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tsp methi dana, 2 tsp dhuli urad dal, 2 tsp channa dal, 2 tbsp haldi, pinch of hing.
Method: Roast both the dals. Grind them to a fine powder. Mix rest of the ingredients.

Kitchen King |
8 tbsp sabut dhania, 8-10 red chili, 2 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp rai, 1 tsp saunth, 1 tsp elaichi powder, , 1/2 tsp jaiphal, 1 1/2 tsp moti elaichi (powder), 1tsp saunf powder, 2 tsp methi dana, 4 tbsp jeera, 1/2 tsp hing, 2 tbsp haldi.
Method: roast dhania, methi dana, black pepper and jeera and grind them into a fine powder along with red chili. Mix with rest of the ingredients.

Chat masala |
1/4 tsp saunf, 1/2 tsp saunth, 1 tsp black salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp amchoor, 1/2 tsp pudina (dried), red chili.
Method: Grind all ingredients int a fine powder.

Garam Masala |
100 gms jeera, 25gms dalchini, 50 gms black pepper, 25gms laung, 20 tej patta, 2 piece jaiphal, 50 gms moti elaichi.
Method: Grind all ingredients into a fine powder.

Pav Bhaji |
Amchoor, black pepper powder, red chili powder, salt, black salt, jeera, laung, moti elaichi, hing, javitri, saunth.
Method: Grind all ingredients into powder.
