Chocolate Muesli Delight

Ingredients

450gms yogurt 50gms unsweetened muesli 50gms hazelnut (finely chopped and toasted) 50gms digestive biscuits (finely crushed) 225gms dried apricots (roughly chopped) 2 tbsp honey 100gms plain chocolate 25gms butter Chocolate, to garnish  

Method:

1. Pour yogurt in a bowl. Add muesli, hazelnuts and biscuits. 2. Add roughly chopped apricots and honey to the yogurt mixture. 3. Blend until smooth. 4. Mix together butter and plain chocolate and melt it over a double boiler. Keep aside. 5. Pour 1 tbsp of the yogurt mixture into a tall sundae glass. 6. Then pour 2 tsp of chocolate mixture, swirling the mixture on the sides of the glass. 7. Repeat this process, finishing with a spoon of chocolate mixture. 8. Allow it to chill. 9. Garnish with chocolate and serve.
