Green Coconut Chutney
Ingredients1 cup fresh coconut 1 bunch coriander leaves 3 green chillies 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 14 tsp hing 1 lemon juice Method:1. Grind coconut, coriander leaves, salt, sugar and chillies. 2. Then add lemo juice. 3. Heat oil in a small pan, add mustard and hing. 4. Fry and pour over chutney. |
