Beetroot Dip
Ingredients100gms peanuts 100gms beetroot (boiled and pureed) ½ tsp white pepper powder 2 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp olive oil Salt, to tasteMethod:1. Soak the peanut in water overnight. 2. Strain it and blend it to make a fine paste. 3. Add beetroot puree and mix well. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add peanut and beetroot paste. 5. Add salt, white pepper powder, vinegar and salt. 6. Mix well and cook on low flame for 5- 6 minutes. 7. Let it cool. 8. Serve it as a dip with snacks. |
