Choco Apricot

Ingredients

175gms dark chocolate (roughly chopped) 200gms dried apricots 20 almonds (blanched and halved)  

Method:

1. Line a tray with baking paper. 2. Put the chocolate in a bowl. 3. Fill a pan with water and boil it. Place the chocolate bowl over it and let the chocolate melt. 3. Dip half of each apricot in melted chocolate. Place on the tray. Top with the almond and allow it to set. 4. Repeat with the remaining apricots. Allow them to rest. 5. Re melt the remaining chocolate. 6. Pour the melted chocolate into paper icing bag. 7. Pipe the chocolate across the apricots zig-zag pattern. 8. Allow to set. You can prepare and store them for a week.
