Cocktail Fruit Jelly Pudding

Ingredients

1 packet marie biscuits 30gms desiccated coconut 50gms butter 50gms sugar (if required) For Filling: 1 packet pineapple jelly 200gms condensed milk 1 tin cocktail fruit  

Method:

1. Mix marie biscuits, sugar and desiccated coconut and crush to form a powder. 2. Put this mixture in a greased dish and press it evenly. 3. Prepare jelly. 4. When it is half set, add juice from cocktail tin and add condensed milk. Blend it in a blender. 5. Pour this mixture over the biscuit base. 6. Now spread the cocktail fruits over the base. 7. Serve chilled
