Apple Pie

Ingredients

150 gms maida

100 gms butter

100 gms powdered sugar

2 apples (peeled and chopped)

½ inch cinnamon stick

2 cloves

½ cup biscuits powder

Cold Water

  

Method:

1.      Mix maida, butter and 50 gms sugar. Add water and make a firm dough.

2.      Roll the dough into chapatti and line a ½ inch thick layer in the pie tin.

3.      Bake it for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 120 degree.

4.      Mix chopped apple, 50 gms sugar, cloves, cinnamon and biscuit powder.

5.      Put it in the pie tin.

6.      Now make another chapatti and cover the tin properly.

7.      Bake it again for 10 minutes at 200 degree.

8.      Serve with ice cream or custard.
