Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients

arrow100 gms maida.
arrow150 gms milkmaid.
arrow100 ml milk.
arrow50 gms butter.
arrow1 tsp baking powder.
arrow1 tsp baking soda.
arrow1 tsp vanilla essence.
arrow1 tbsp cocoa powder.
arrow1 tsp brown sugar.
arrow1 tbsp chocolate (grated).
arrow50 gms cashews (chopped).

  

Method:

  1. Sieve maide, baking powder, bakind soda and cocoa powder twice.
  2. Beat milkmaid, butter and brown sugar well. add milk as required.
  3. Slowly add maida mixture to it and keep beating till fluffy.
  4. grease and dust the cake tin. put the batter in the tin.
  5. Sprinkle grated chocolate and cashews on it.
  6. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree for 40-45 mins.

let it cool a little and serve.
