Ingredients

i pack vanilla ice cream

 

For hot chocolate sauce:

3 tsp drinking chocolate

1 tsp cocoa powder

3 tsp castor sugar/icing sugar

1 tsp rum (optional)

  

Method:

1. Mix drinking chocolate, cocoa powder and sugar with a little warm water.

2. Cook on low flame till sugar melts and blends well.

3. Add 1 tsp rum. (optional)

4. Serve with ice cream and chopped nuts.
