Ingredients

1 packet lemon jelly

1 slab chocolate (melted)

1 pack vanilla ice cream

250 grms seedless grapes

Nuts to garnish (optional)

  

Method:

1. Boil 2 cups of water. Remove from heat and add lemon jelly powder. Stir to mix and let it set partially.

2. Beat well with melted choclolate and ice cream. Add grapes.

3. Put the mixture in aluminium mould and let it set in the freezer for 30 minutes.

5. Unmould and garnish with nuts.

6. Serve chilled.
