Melting Moments
Ingredients100 gm Self raising Flour > 100 gm sugar > 50 gm cocoa powder > 50 gm milk 100 gm butter 100 gm melted brown chocolate 1/4tsp cinnamon powder > 1 tsp vanilla essence > 1/2 tsp baking soda > 1/2 tsp baking powder > For Topping: > 100 gm white chocolate > 100 gm cream > 50 gm chocolate chipsMethod:Mix together and seive Self raising flour,baking soda,baking powder and cocoa powder.Keep aside. > 2.Mix together butter and sugar.Keep stiirring till fluffy. > 3.Add milk ,melted brown chocolate,cinammon powder and vanilla essence to it. > 4.Gradually,add flour mixture kept aside.Beat until light and fluffy. > 5.Transfer it to a greased baking dish and bake it in preheated oven for 40-45 mints at 180degrees.Keep aside to cool.On cooling,scoop out a little portion of the cake. > 6.For the topping,melt white chocolate in a pan and mix cream into it.Now pour it over the hollow portion of the cake. > 7.Sprinkle chocolate chips.Serve hot..!! |
