Mango Pastry

Ingredients

8 bread slices 1 mango (pureed) 1 cup cream 2 tbsp sugar (powdered) 1 cup chocolate sauce 1 packet marie biscuits 1 mango, thinly sliced  

Method:

1. Cut the sides of the bread. 2. Keep two slices of bread on a tray. Spread chocolate sauce over it. 3. Cover with 2 bread slices. Spread mango puree on it. 4. Cover with another 2 bread slices. 5. Mix together cream and sugar and spread it over the bread slices. 6. Cover with the remaining bread slices. 7. Roughly crush the marie biscuits and mix it with remaining chocolate sauce. 8. Coat the entire bread with the biscuit and chocolate sauce mixture. 9. Garnish with mango slices. 10. Chill and serve.
