Chocolate Fudge Sundae
IngredientsFor the sauce: ¼ cup brown sugar ½ cup golden syrup 3 tbsp black coffee 1 tsp cinnamon powder 150gms chocolate (chopped) 1/3 cup whipped cream To serve: 4 scoops vanilla ice cream 4 scoops coffee ice cream 2 ripe bananas (sliced) Whipped cream Almonds (sliced and roasted)Method:1. To make the sauce, place the sugar, golden syrup, coffee and cinnamon in a pan. Heat it and bring to boil. Stir occasionally until the sauce thickens. 2. Add chocolate and stir until it melts. When it reaches a smooth consistency, add cream and mix well. Let the sauce cool slightly. 3. To serve, fill four serving glasses with a scoop each of vanilla and coffee ice cream. 4. Scatter the banana slices over the ice cream. 5. Pour the warm fudge sauce over the bananas. Top each with a swirl of whipped cream. Sprinkle some roasted almonds and serve. |
