Nutty Date Balls
Ingredients500gms dates 100gms cashew nuts 100gms walnuts 100gms almonds 100gms raisins 50gms desiccated coconut 10gms cardamom powder 2 tbsp gheeMethod:1. Wash and deseed the dates. 2. Chop all the dry fruits. 3. Heat ghee in a wok. Add dates and cook for 3-4 minutes. 4. Add chopped dry fruits and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 5. Add desiccated coconut and cardamom powder. Mix well. Keep aside. 6. Let it cool for some time. 7. Then take small portions of this mixture and roll them into small balls. 8. You can store them for upto 1 week. |
