Paneer in White Gravy

Ingredients

300 grams paneer 2 onions (chopped) 8-10 cashew nut powder 2 cardamoms 2 bay leaves 2 green chillies (chopped) ½ tsp sugar 2 tbsp curd 2 tbsp cream 2 cloves 1 small piece cinnamon 2 tbsp ghee 1 tsp dhania powder 5-6 cloves garlic 1 inch piece ginger 2 tsp water Salt, to taste  

Method:

1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add onions and sauté till transparent. 2. Mix cashew nut powder, cardamoms, bay leaves, green chilli, cloves, cinnamon, garlic and ginger and blend them to get a fine paste. 3. Return to the pan. Add curd, cream, dhania powder, water and salt and mix well. 4. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes. 5. Add paneer cubes and add to the gravy. 6. Garnish with a little cream and serve hot with chapatti.
