Tawa Grill Vegetables

Ingredients

 

1 cup        broccoli (chopped)

1 cup        cauliflower(chopped)

I cup         mushroom(chopped)

1 cup        small potatoes(unpeeled,boiled)

1 cup        brinjal(chopped)

1 sp           butter

½ sp          chaat masala

1 sp           lemon juice

 

To marinate:

100 gm curd,

½ sp turmeric powder,

ginger garlic paste,

green chillies,

salt and pepper to taste

  

Method:

Mix all the vegetables in a bowl,add marination material to it,

mix well and leave it to marinate for 20 minutes. Then, take

some butter in a non stick pan ,add marinated vegetables to

it and sauté for approx.10-15 mints.add chaat masala and lemon

juice to it.serve hot with mint dip.
