Akbari Paneer

Ingredients

300 gms paneer

1 1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp flour

1 tbsp ginger paste

1/2 cup tomato puree

1 tbsp onion paste

1/2 tsp turmeric

2 tbsp oil

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp garam masala

1/2 cup dry fruits (chopped)

1 cup cream

1/2 cup coriander leaves

1/2 cup curd

1 tsp sugar

Oil, to fry

  

Method:

1. Grind paneer, dry fruits, salt and flour together.

2. Heat oil and fry paneer balls in it.

3. In a separate pan, heat oil and saute ginger and onion paste in it.

4. Add tomato puree, garam masala, red chili powder and turmeric. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

5. Mix curd in one cup of water and add to the gravy.

6. Boil and add paneer balls to it.

7. Add cream, sugar and coriander leaves to it,

8. Serve hot with paranthas or rotis.
