Papita Kofta
Ingredients1/2 kg raw papaya 200 gms potato 200 gms besan 150 gms oil 2 green chili 25 gms ginger (chopped) 1/4 tsp red chili powder 2 onions (grated) 1 cup tomato (pureed) 1/4 tsp degi mirch 1/4 tsp haldi 2 tbsp Cream Salt, to taste Method:1. Cut potato and papaya in small pieces and steam them in microwave for 10 minutes. 2. Mash them and strain it. 3. Add besan, green chili, ginger, red chili powder and salt. 4. Make small balls and deep fry them till golden brown. 5. Heat little oil in a non stick pan. Addonions and cook till light brown. Now add tomato puree. 6. Add haldi and degi mirch and saute. Now add cream and 2 cups water and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt. 7. Add koftas while serving. |
