Kangan Chat

Ingredients

1 red capsicum (sliced) 1 yellow capsicum (sliced) 1 green capsicum (sliced) 3-4 potatoes (boiled) 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp green chilli (chopped) 2 tbsp corn starch 1 tsp chat masala 1 tsp red chilli powder Salt, to taste Oil, to shallow fry Sweet chutney, to serve Sev, to serve Coriander leaves, to garnish  

Method:

1. Mash the potatoes in a bowl. 2. Add coriander powder, green chilli, chat masala, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well. 3. Now take a red capsicum slice and fill it with mashed potato mixture. Press it properly. 4. Now keep a green slice over it and press it. Spread corn starch on both sides. 5. Now repeat the same with yellow slice in place of red slice. 6. Heat oil in a pan and keep a capsicum slice on it. When it turns golden brown then turn it over and cook on the other side till brown. 7. Garnish with coriander leaves and sev. 8. Serve with sweet chutney.
