Cheesy Potato Green Pea Toast
Ingredients12-14 slices round bread (toasted) 4 potatoes (boiled and mashed) 1 cup milk 1 tsp butter 1 cup green peas (boiled) 1 green chilli (chopped) ¼ tsp black pepper powder Salt, to taste Oil, to deep fry Tomato ketchup For coating 4 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp cheese (grated) Pinch, baking soda ½ cup milk 1 tsp mustard powder ¼ tsp black pepper powder Salt, to tasteMethod:1. Mix potatoes, milk, butter, green peas, green chilli, black pepper and salt in a bowl 2. Also mix all the ingredients of the coating in a bowl. 3. Spread some potato mixture on each slice. Make a small hole in centre. 4. Apply the coating all over the potato mixture and seal the edges. 5. Deep fry upside down in hot oil. 6. Fill the hole with tomato ketchup and serve hot. |
