Fettuccine with Spinach and Soy Garlic Cheese

Ingredients

250 gms fettucine 250 gms fresh spinach 2 tbsp light soy sauce 1/2 tsp garlic paste 4 tbsp cheese 3 tbsp milk Salt, to taste Black Pepper, to taste  

Method:

1. Boil fettuccine and drain excess water. Return it to the pan. 2. In a separate pan, blanch the spinach. Drain excess water and chop it roughly. 3. Return the spinach to the pan. Add soy sauce, garlic, cheese and milk. 4. Bring to boil and stir until smooth. Add salt and black pepper. 5. When the sauce is ready pour it over the pasta. Mix well and serve.
