IngredientsFor dough: 1½ cup maida 2 tsp oil ½ tsp salt Water For filling: 1 cup macaroni (boiled) ½ cup cabbages (shredded) ½ cup carrot (chopped) ½ cup capsicum (chopped) ½ cup cheese 1 tsp white vinegar Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste Cheese, to garnish Tomato ketchup, to garnish Fresh coriander leavesMethod:1. Mix maida, oil and salt in a bowl. Add water and make firm dough. Keep aside. 2. Sauté cabbage, carrot and capsicum. Add macaroni, white vinegar, salt and black pepper. Keep aside. 3. Roll small chapattis from the dough and cook them in boiling water. Keep aside to cool. 4. On each chapatti keep a little filling mixture and fold it. Seal with a toothpick. 5. Grate some cheese on it and bake in a pre heated oven till golden brown. 6. Sprinkle tomato ketchup and fresh coriander leaves and serve hot. |
