Veg Tacos
Ingredients4 taco shells 1 tbsp red capsicum (chopped) 1 tbsp yellow capsicum (chopped) 1 tbsp green capsicum (chopped) 2 tbsp cottage cheese (chopped) 2 tbsp baby corns (chopped) 2 tbsp broccoli 1 tsp butter 1 tbsp white vinegar 2 tbsp cheese (grated) Salt, to taste Black pepper, to tasteMethod:1. Heat butter in a pan. Add all the vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes. 2. Add white vinegar, salt and black pepper and mix well. 3. Fill this mixture in taco shells. 4. Sprinkle some grated cheese on the tacos. Line them on a greased baking dish. 5. Bake in a pre heated oven till cheese melts. 6. Serve hot. |
