Spaghetti Croquette
Ingredients½ cup poha (soaked in water and drained) ½ cup french beans (chopped) ½ cup carrots (chopped) ½ cup onions (chopped) ½ cup capsicum (chopped) 4 tbsp butter 4-5 green chillies (chopped) 3-4 tbsp maida 2 cups milk ½ cup spaghetti (boiled) ¼ tsp citric acid Salt, to taste Sugar, to tasteMethod:1. Boil all the vegetables in salted water. 2. Heat butter in a pan. Add maida and mix well. 3. Add milk and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed. Add salt. 4. Add the vegetables in the white sauce. Remove from flame. Let it cool. 5. Add spaghetti and poha and mix well. 6. Add citric acid, salt and sugar and mix well. 7. Make oval shape croquettes. Deep fry till golden. 8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mustard sauce. |
