Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

 

2tbsp     butter

1            cucumber (chopped)

1            red capsicum (chopped)

1            yellow capsicum (chopped)

1            green capsicum (chopped)

100gm   broccoli (cut into florets, parboiled ) 

 

FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE:

2 tbsp     butter

1/2tsp     mustard powder

2tbsp       maida

21/2cup   milk

1cup        cheese (grated)

salt and pepper to taste.

  

Method:

1. Take some butter in a non stick pan. Sauté maida for 2 minutes.

2. Add milk and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed.

3. Add mustard powder, salt, pepper and cheese. Let it cook till it partially thickens.

4. Keep the cheese sauce aside.

5. Now, sauté the vegetables with butter in another pan.

6. Serve hot with cheese sauce.
