Muesli

Ingredients

2 tbsp oats
1/2 banana (finely chopped)
1 apple (chopped)
1 tbsp mixed nuts (almonds, cashewnuts, walnuts)
1 tbsp mixed seeds (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin) (optional)
6 tbsp yoghurt
2 tsp honey
2 tsp raisins
2 tbsp orange juice (optional)
 
To Garnish
1/4 teacup fresh fruits

  

Method:

1. soak the oats in 2 tbsp of water or orange juice overnight.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Garnish with fresh fruits and serve chilled.
