Carrot roll

Ingredients

6 slices bread

2 carrots (grated)

1/2 tsp mustard seeds (ground)

Butter

Salt, to taste

pepper powder, to taste

  

Method:

1. Mix carrots, mustard seeds, salt and black pepper powder.

2. Cut the corners of bread slices and wet them a little.

3. Now keep a little carrot mixture on each bread slice and roll them.

4. Spread butter on it and bake till golden brown or deep fry as per liking.

5. Serve with tomato ketchup.
