Spinach and Paneer Sandwich

Ingredients

4 slices whole wheat bread

1 bunch spinach leaves

100 grams paneer

1 onion (chopped)

2 green chilli (ground)

1 small piece ginger (ground)

1 tsp lemon juice

  

Method:

1. Clean and boil spinach leaves.

2. Drain out the water.

3. Cut paneer into small pieces.

4. Heat oil and fry paneer pieces. Add onion, spinach, ginger and chilli paste.

5. Add salt and cook till dry.

6. Remove from fire and add lemon juice.

7. Spread his mixture on a bread slice and cover it with other slice.

8. Serve with tomato ketchup.
