brinjal Sandwich

Ingredients

250 gms bringal (sliced)

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

2 tbsp rice flour

2 onions

2 tbsp tomato sauce

Salt, to taste

Oil, for frying

  

Method:

1. Coat the brinjal slices with salt and keep aside for 15 mins.

2. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

3. Add turmeric and chilli powder, and coat with rice flour.

4. Shallow fry in oil.

5. Sandwich the brinjal between 2 slices of bread along with onion rings and tomato sauce and serve.
