Tofu Pocket
Ingredients200gms tofu 1 tsp oregano ½ tsp chilli flakes ¼ tsp black pepper powder ½ tsp garlic paste 1 tsp lemon juice 1 green bell pepper (sliced) 1 red bell pepper (sliced) 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced) 1 tsp olive oil Salt, to tasteMethod:1. Take a pan and heat olive oil in it. 2. Add garlic paste and sauté it for a few seconds. 3. Add sliced bell peppers and sauté for 2 minutes. 4. Add oregano, black pepper powder and red chilli flakes. Mix well. 5. Add salt and lemon juice and mix well. Turn off the heat. 6. Cut tofu in thick slices. 7. Make small cuts on top of tofu. 8. Fill the tofu with the bell pepper salad and serve. |
