Ingredients

1 cup suji

½ cup besan

1 cup curd

¼ tsp turmeric

1 tsp eno

Salt, to taste

1tbsp mustard seeds

2tbsp oil

½ cup fresh anar

15-20 curry leaves

Red chilli powder

  

Method:

1. Mix suji, besan, salt, turmeric and curd. Keep aside for 30 mins.

2. Now mix eno and immediately steam it in a dhokla maker.

3. Allow it to cool. Then crumble it roughly.

4. In a pan, heat some oil.

5. Add mustard seeds to it.  When they start spluttering add curry leaves, salt and red chili powder.

6. Add crumbled dhokla to it. Cook on low flame for 3-4 mins.

 

To garnish:

Put some mixture in a cup. Decorate with some mustard seeds and fresh anar.
