Bread Cake
Ingredients
100gms hung curd
8 slices bread
3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
3 tbsp Mint chutney
½ cup paneer (mashed)
½ cucumber (grated)
Salt, acc to taste
Sugar (ground)
Black Pepper powder
For Garnish:
1 tomato (finely chopped)
1 capsicum (finely chopped) Method:
1. Cut the sides of the bread slices.
2. Make a base of 2 slices. Spread tomato ketchup on them
3. Now cover them with two more slices. Now spread mixture of cucumber, paneer, salt and black pepper on it.
4. Cover with 2 slices of bread.
5. Spread mint chutney on the slices.
6. Cover with bread.
7. Mix hung curd, salt, sugar and black pepper powder.
8. Spread the curd mixture on all sides of the bread cake.
9. Decorate with chopped tomato and capsicum.
10. Serve chilled. |
