Spicy Sprouts with Poha
Ingredients1 cup sabudana 1 cup poha ½ cup sprouted moth (boiled) 3 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp sugar ¼ cup roasted peanuts (coarsely powdered) 5 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp green chilli (finely chopped) Salt, to taste Curry leaves, to garnishMethod:1. Soak sabudana in water until soft to touch. Drain and spread on a cloth to dry it. 2. Wash poha and keep aside. 3. Now mix together poha and sabudana. Add lemon juice, salt, sugar and powdered peanuts and mix well. 4. Heat oil. Add cumin seeds and green chilli. Add boiled moth and sauté for a minute. Add salt to taste. 5. Add sabudana mixture and mix well. Cover and let it cook until hot. 6. Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot. |
