Vegetable Sandwich

Ingredients

8 bread slices

50 gms mayonnaise

6 tbsp grated carrot

6 tbsp cabbage (chopped)

100 gms cheese cubes (grated)

2 tbsp lemon juice

4 salad leaves

Salt and black peperpowder . to taste

  

Method:

1. Cut the sides of the bread and spread maonnaise.

2. In a bowl mix all ingredients except salad leaves.

3. Spread this mixture on a bread slice and cover it with another slice.

4. Garnish with salad leaves and serve.
