Ingredients2 cups maida ½ tsp salt For cutlets: 300 gms potatoes (boiled) 1tsp ginger, green chili (chopped) 4 slices bread 1tsp amchoor powder 1tsp coriander leaves 1tsp black salt For stuffing: 1 onion (sliced) 1 carrot (grated) Tomato ketchup Salt and black pepper powder. For Chutney: 1cup mint leaves. 1cup coriander leaves 4 green chilies ½ inch ginger 1tsp sugar 1tsp lemon juice 1tsp cumin Salt acc to tasteMethod:1. Make dough of maida, salt and water. Keep aside for about 20 mins. Now make 15-20 chapattis on a non stick pan. 2. Mash the potatoes and add all other ingredients to it. Make 15-20 long cutlets and deep fry them. 3. Mix all ingredients of the stuffing. 4. To serve, spread some stuffing mixture on the chapatti. Keep a cutlet and roll it. 5. Serve with the chutney |
