Red Bell Pepper and Carrot Booster

Ingredients

3 carrots 4 tomatoes 2 red bell peppers (medium sized) 1 cup club soda 2 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper powder  

Method:

1. Put coarsely chopped carrots, tomatoes and bell pepper in a food processor and blend it to make a smooth paste. 2. Strain it to get rid of chunks. 3. Transfer it to food processor and add club soda, lemon juice and black pepper powder and blend again. 4. Pour into glasses and sprinkle some black pepper powder on it. Serve chilled.
