Mood Purple
Ingredients8 jamun
1 coconut pulp (optional)
1 cup coconut water
Mint leaves
Sugar, to taste
Salt, to taste Method:
1. Deseed jamun. Blend jamun and coconut pulp to make a paste.
2. Add coconut water and blend well.
3. Strain it. Add sugar, salt and chilled water.
4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled. |
