Cheer Up Drink
Ingredients1 cup rasgulla chashni 1/2 tsp mixed fruit jam 1/2 cup fresh fruits (chopped) 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 2 cups club soda Mint leaves Ice cubes Method:1. Blend rasgulla chashni and jam to get a pink coloured syrup. 2. Add lemon juice and salt. 3. Add club soda and ice cubes. 4. To serve, put chopped fruits in a glass. Pour the syrup over it. 5. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled. |
