Red Bell Pepper Booster

Ingredients

3 carrots 4 tomatoes 2 red bell peppers 1 cup club soda 2 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper powder Salt, to taste  

Method:

1. Put coarsely chopped carrots, tomatoes and bell pepper in a food processor and blend it to make a smooth paste. 2. Strain it to get rid of chunks. 3. Transfer it to food processor and add club soda, lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder. Blend again. 4. Pour into glasses and sprinkle some black pepper powder on it. Serve chilled.
