Bright Eyes
Ingredients1/3 cup boiling water 1 green tea bag 1 carrot 1 apple Fresh parsley, to garnishMethod:1. Place the green tea bag in a cup and pour boiling water over it. Let it stand for 4 minutes. Strain and cool it slightly. 2. Peel carrot. Put carrot, apple and little parsley in a blender and blend to get a smooth juice. 3. Pour this juice over green tea and mix well. 4. Pour it into glasses and garnish with parsley. 5. Serve warm or cold. |
