Carrot Olive Salad
Ingredients4-5 carrots (grated) 1/2 cup raisins 6-8 olives 2tsp lemon juice 1-2 tsp black pepper powder 6 walnuts (chopped) 6-8 mint leaves 1tsp vinegar 1 green chili (chopped) 1 tbsp honey 1/4 tsp black salt Salt, to taste Method:1. Mix all the ingredients except carroys and mint leaves. 2. Keep in the fridge to cool. 3. Mix carrots at the time of serving. 4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve cold. |
