Wun Sen Salat

Ingredients

1 cup rice noodles (boiled)

1/2 cup cucumber (sliced and cucumber)

1/4 cup onion (sliced)

1/4 cup tomatoes (cut and de seeded)

1/4 cup capsicum (cut and de seeded)

For the spicy sauce

1 tbsp coriander root paste

3 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp garlic paste

2 tsp red chilli powder

2 tbsp soya sauce

1 tbsp sugar

 

For garnish

Red pepper

Cucumber Pieces

Lettuce leaves

  

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients of spicy saucein a bowl.

2. Combine noodles and all the vegetables and pour the sauce over it. Toss and mix evenly.

3. Garnish with red pepper, cucumber and lettuce and serve.
