Bean Salad

Ingredients

arrow1 cup bean (lobia)
arrow4 tsp white vinegar
arrow4 tsp sugar (ground)
arrow1 onion
arrow1 capsicum
arrow3 potatoes (boiled)
arrow1 tsp salad oil
arrow1 tsp lemon juice
arrowBlack pepper powder, add to taste.
arrowSalt, to taste

  

Method:

  1. Soak the beans in water and keep overnight.
  2. Boil the beans in little water till soft. strain it and let it cool.
  3. Add chopped onions, capsicum, potatoes to it. add vinegar and sugar to it.
  4. Mix oil, salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice to the salad. Keep it in the refrigerator.

Serve chilled.
