Broccoli and Almond Soup
Ingredients½ cup almonds (ground) 475 grams broccoli 3 ¾ cups vegetable stock or water 1¼ cup milk Salt, to taste Black pepper powder, to tasteMethod:1. Toast the ground almond in the preheated oven till golden. Keep aside 1 tbsp for garnishing. 2. Cut broccoli into small florets and steam for 6-7 minutes until tender. 3. Blend together toasted almonds, broccoli, stock/water and milk until smooth. 4. Season with salt and black pepper powder. 5. Boil the soup. Garnish with toasted almonds and serve. |
