Ginger Spinach Soup

Ingredients

½ cup carrot (sliced)

½ cup spinach (small leaves)

1 tsp ginger (chopped finely)

4 cup vegetable stock

Salt, to taste       

Black pepper, to taste

Lemon juice

 

 

  

Method:

 

1.      Boil the stock.

2.       Add carrots and ginger and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

3.      Add salt and black pepper.

4.      Add spinach leaves to the soup and let it cook for about 2 minutes.

5.      Serve hot.
