Cheese Soup
Ingredients2 1/2 tsp oil 3 tbsp whole wheat flour 3 cups vegetable stock 1 bay leaf 1/2 tsp apple juice 1/4 cup cream 6 tbsp cheese (grated) 1-2 tap parsley (chopped) Salt, to taste Method:1. Mix oil with wheat flour. 2. Add stock and bring to boil. Stir continuously. 3. Add bay leaves and apple juice. 4. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes. 5. Stir in the cream and cheese. 6. Add salt. 7. Sprinkle parsley and serve. |
