Beetroot Soup
Ingredients300 gms beetroot (grated) 4 cup vegetable stock. 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp vinegar Salt, Black pepper ppowder, to taste Method:1. Heat butter in a pan and add beetroot. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 2. Add stock and let it boil. Now let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. 3. Add salt, Black pepper powder and vinegar. $. Serve immediately. |
