Hot Pot Vegetable Soup
Ingredients100 gms cauliflower 250 gms tomato 1 beetroot (chopped) 4 carrots (thinly sliced) 1 red chili (chopped) 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 2 tsp butter or oil 2 leaves celery (chopped) 1 cucumber 1 potato (chopped) Ajwain Salt, to taste Method:1. Heat some oil in a pan. Add vegetables and saute them. 2. Add 4 glasses of water and cook for sometime. Let it cool. 3. Now blend it in a blender and strain it. 4. Let it boil for 10 minutes. 5. Take another pan. Heat some oil or butter and then add ajwain. Saute it and pour over the soup. 6. Add salt and black pepper and serve. |
