Tomato Soup
Ingredients1kg tomatoes 4 medium sized onions 1 coconut cut into 1" cubes Few curry patta leaves. Salt, pepper, to taste Bread croutons Method:1. Boil tomatoes and onions. Add salt and pepper. 2. Remove and grind in jar to form a fine paste. 3. Remove and return to fire and add water and curry patta leaves. Boil for 5 minutes and strain. 4. Grind coconut pieces separately adding little water. 5. Extract coconut milk from this and add to soup. Boil for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with bread croutons. |
