Coconut Shorba
Ingredients1 cup fresh coconut (grated) 1 tsp besan 1 capsicum (cut in small square pieces) Salt, to tasteMethod:1. Dry roast besan in a non stick pan. Keep aside. 2. Mix grated coconut and 1 cup water and blend it in a blender. Strain and pour it in a pan. 3. Boil the coconut mixture. Mix together 1 cup water and roasted besan and add to the boiling mixture. 4. Add salt and mix well. 5. When the mixture starts to thicken transfer it to a serving bowl. 6. Garnish with capsicum and serve hot. |
